Privacy notice

This notice describes the current informational website and its quote-request tool.

Information you enter

The quote builder prepares your request in your browser. It does not submit form entries to an RSF website database. Using the email button opens your email application with the request details; you choose whether to send it. The copy button copies those details to your clipboard. The downloadable PDF can be completed and saved on your device and is not automatically uploaded.

Information you send to RSF

If you email or call RSF, your contact and shipment details may be used to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Shipment information may be shared with parties needed to perform the requested service, such as drivers, terminals, carriers and service providers. Send only information relevant to the move.

Hosting and third-party services

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting platform and your email or PDF software may process technical information under their own policies. RSF has not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this site. This notice does not describe or control the hosting provider’s own logging, authentication or cookies.

Security and requests

Email and internet services carry security risks. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in quote requests. Contact quotes@rsflogistics.com to ask about information you supplied, corrections or deletion. Records may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.
